7-Day Easy Return Policy – Misshrie

Return Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.

Refund Eligibility
Full refunds are applicable only for jewellery pieces with a maximum value of ₹2,00,000 per item. Products priced above this value are not eligible for full refunds.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • In sellable condition with no scratches, damage, or alterations

The return must include:

  • Original IGI Certificate (if applicable)
  • Original invoice
  • Any complimentary gifts received with the order

Refund Amount
Refunds will be issued for 100% of the amount paid. If any discount, coupon, or promotional code was used during purchase, the refund will be adjusted to match the final invoice value.

Refund Method
Refunds for online payments (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI) will be processed as a reversal to the original payment method.

Shipping
Misshrie offers complimentary return shipping within India for eligible return requests.

Customized Jewellery
Customized or made-to-order jewellery cannot be returned or refunded, as these pieces are created specifically for the customer.

Quality Check
All returned products will undergo a mandatory quality inspection to verify authenticity and condition before processing the refund.

Damaged or Altered Products
Products that have been damaged, resized, repaired, or modified by third parties will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

Missing Certificate
The original certificate and invoice are mandatory for returns. If the certificate is lost, a ₹999 reissue fee will apply.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and successfully passes the quality check.

Exclusions
Products marked under Lifetime Exchange or special promotional categories may not be eligible for this return policy.

Important Note
All return and refund requests are subject to Misshrie’s verification and approval. The final decision will remain at the sole discretion of Misshrie. Any disputes arising from purchases on the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
